Private cloud storage: common questions.
Are my files public?
No. Customer files are private by default. Access requires authentication and authorization unless you explicitly use a sharing feature such as a temporary link where enabled.
Does secondary backup have to finish before I can download a file?
No. Normal availability is based on the primary copy completing the service's applicable verification process. Secondary replication is a separate protection state.
Can I recover deleted files?
Eligible deleted files are moved to Trash and may be restored during the applicable recovery window. Visit support for current service guidance.
Is TuckR89 Cloud end-to-end encrypted?
We do not advertise end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption. The service uses secure transport, authenticated access, private storage, and provider-supported encryption at rest as part of its security architecture.
