No. Customer files are private by default. Access requires authentication and authorization unless you explicitly use a sharing feature such as a temporary link where enabled.
No. Normal availability is based on the primary copy completing the service's applicable verification process. Secondary replication is a separate protection state.
Eligible deleted files are moved to Trash and may be restored during the applicable recovery window. See the app and support documentation for current service behavior.
We do not advertise end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption. The service uses secure transport, authenticated access, private storage, and provider-supported encryption at rest as part of its security architecture.
